In 1949, while the Philippines emerged as Asia’s first democracy after the Second World War, a simple college opened its doors in Dumaguete City. Armed with nothing but fierce patriotism and an unyielding belief in the Filipino youth, Dr. Vicente Guzman Sinco established Foundation College.
