The FPA Kindergarten program is designed to establish a strong foundation for young learners, in order to prepare them for Grade school. The FPA curriculum focuses on developing academic, social, emotional, and physical competencies, and provides a dynamic learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, engage, and build confidence in their abilities. The Junior High School program at Foundation Preparatory Academy is designed to foster an increasing degree of independence in students as they apply the knowledge, skills, and values they have acquired. With a robust curriculum spanning key subject areas, the program aims to build critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while preparing students for the academic challenges of high school. Comprehensive Curriculum: The Junior High School program covers eight key learning areas: English, Mathematics, Science, Araling Panlipunan (AP), Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP), Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH), and Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE), providing a well-rounded education.

The Senior High School program at Foundation Preparatory Academy is designed to prepare students for post-secondary education and career paths by providing specialized knowledge and skills aligned with their chosen academic track. Building on the foundation established in earlier years, the program emphasizes college readiness, critical thinking, and the application of knowledge to real-world scenarios. The core subjects are structured to equip students with competencies necessary for advanced studies and professional success, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of higher education and future careers.
