FU Signs MOA with Wrkpod for Contact Center Services Training NC II

On January 20, 2026, Foundation University signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Wrkpod for the implementation of the Contact Center Services NC II scholarship training. The program is a scholarship grant awarded by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to Foundation University. This initiative will prepare students for contact center work and will roll out an initial group of 75 scholars to be trained in 3 batches, with 25 participants per batch.
The first two batches concluded their training by the end of December 2025. At present, the third batch is continuing their training through blended classroom instruction and practical training, and will be expected to complete their requirements within the year.
The signing was attended by university officials and partners. Present at the event were Dr. Charlotte V. Carino, University Chancellor; Richie B. Bungart, Director of the Kinaadman Institute; Dr. Maria Cecilia M. Genove, trainer and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences; John Ray Quitoy, Kinaadman support staff; James Thompson, Executive Director of Wrkpod Inc.; and Luchie Stemper, Wrkpod trainer.
