100% Success: FU College of Nursing Triumphs in August 2026 PNLE
Foundation University achieved a 100% passing rate in the August 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), cementing its status as a premier institution for nursing education in the region. The flawless performance, officially announced in the latest data released by the Professional Regulation Commission, places Foundation University among the three universities in Dumaguete City to get a perfect sweep this examination season.
The nationwide board exam presented a formidable challenge, with 28,652 out of 37,357 examinees passing. This established a national passing benchmark of 76.69%. By completely bypassing this national average with a flawless record, the Foundation University College of Nursing has again demonstrated the exceptional caliber of its academic training, the unwavering mentorship of its faculty, and the rigorous preparation of its students.

These three examinees came from Foundation University’s 2025 batch, who, for personal reasons, chose not to take the board exam during their batch’s time. Taking their time to be fully prepared for the rigorous exam was truly worth it, as they have achieved a perfect sweep in the August PNLE. By securing a perfect 100% success rate, they have shown that excellence is not a race.
