Since its establishment in 1949, Foundation University has built a distinguished legacy of academic excellence and community leadership, preserved and celebrated through the Foundation University Library Archives and Records.

Foundationiana, the official repository houses an extensive collection of historical documents, administrative records, photographs, publications, artifacts, and personal papers that collectively chronicle the university’s evolution and significant contributions to higher education.

The Archives not only safeguard the institutional memory but also actively support research, teaching, and cultural preservation, inviting faculty, students, alumni, and external scholars to engage with these invaluable resources. BP/Capstone/FS

The Foundation University Library proudly curates an extensive collection of Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, and Capstone projects, which serve as essential terminal requirements for graduating students across several degree programs, including Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, and Hospitality Management. Currently, physical copies of these terminal projects are housed within the Library’s dedicated archives, providing valuable resources for current students, faculty, and researchers seeking practical insights and exemplary academic work.

Theses/Dissertations

The Foundation University Library houses an extensive collection of theses and dissertations, representing the terminal research outputs of graduate students pursuing Master’s and Doctoral degrees, respectively. These valuable academic works are preserved within the Library’s Archives and Records Section, ensuring their safekeeping for posterity and institutional record-keeping. To maintain the integrity and longevity of these collections, once theses and dissertations are processed and fully integrated into the Library’s system, physical copies are no longer available for external borrowing. However, they remain accessible for consultation and study within the Archives Section, providing an important resource for students, faculty, and researchers.
