It offers a disciplined study of movement sciences, instructional strategies, and physical fitness development, with a strong grounding in both theory and applied practice. With a Level III Re-Accredited status from PACUCOA in 2023, the course equips future educators to design, implement, and evaluate physical activity programs that are developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of diverse learners. It also lays the groundwork for understanding the broader social and educational roles of physical activity in schools and communities.
